Bergans of Norway has been producing sports clothing and backpacks for over a century. With their laser focus on quality and customer experience, it was a natural choice to provide a seamless shopping experience for their customers whether being in-store or out on adventure.
The challenge
Bergans of Norway was hindered by the existing monolith solution to pursue their vision for future retail and growth.
To reach their goal, they had to obtain a solution to the following:
- Poor stock accuracy could not be exposed to online customers.
- Existing loyalty program had no integration with the POS.
- ERP and wholesale did not support Bergans new needs.
All in all, Bergans of Norway´s old legacy software was not performing in the organization anymore.
